Returns and Exchanges

We put a lot of love and care into the gorgeous products but we understand sometimes things just aren’t quite right…  If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason we'd love to fix it for you so please email us within 7 days and we will get back to you with what steps to take next.

There are no returns on Sale items.

We are happy for you to return damaged or broken goods via post. We will deliver your exchange product to you as fast as possible or refund the cost of the product.

If you are returning a product to us please package your order ready, really well. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, we can't replace lost or damaged returns.  If you would like a replacement, check with us in advance to see if it is in stock.
